Webhooks are now available in the CueGrowth integration list, located under: Integrations → Webhooks.
What Webhooks Do
Webhooks integration allows CueGrowth to send data to other platforms when specific events occur [E.g., messages, connection data, tags, etc.].
The webhook URL is the endpoint where CueGrowth will send event data as an HTTP request.
The data is synced between GX and the other platform when one of those specific events occurs:
Connection Created
Connection Updated
Message Created [New Message sent or received]
Tag Attached [A tag is added from the CueGrowth inbox or the Connections tab]
Tag Deatached [A tag is removed from the CueGrowth inbox or Connections tab]
Add prospect scanned
How to Set Up a Webhook
Log in to your CueGrowth account, go to Integrations → Webhooks.
Click “New Webhook.”
Enter a Name and the Webhook URL.
Select one or more Event Types you want to track.
Click Create.
Use the Toggle to activate the webhook (Screenshots below)
Side note: You can add multiple events to trigger pushing data from CueGrowth to the integrated platform via webhook.
Test Your Webhook
After creating a webhook, you can send a test event to ensure everything is working properly:
Turn off the toggle button
Click the webhook name or the Edit button.
Go to the Test Webhook section.
Click “Send Test Event.”
You’ll see a Test Event Result indicating whether the request was a Success or Failed. Expand this section to view:

Request URL

Request Data
🚫 You can only have one webhook per URL. If attempted, the system will display the message:
“A webhook with the same event type and URL already exists.”
